Those who do not find time for exercise will have to find time for illness. Admark Fitness will provide you following services... We don’t claim to be experts in Body Building. But we have a comprehensive practice for Exercise and stay healthy campaign.

Through Years of Practice we now Gym is not some mechanical process or Some Syllabus and strict rules and regulations through which we can tone of the body. This is not at all our thought that Gym is just for some Young Bodybuilders whe want to just show up Brawn.

Exercise is a fun activity which is for every Individual from small children to old man to keep him in Good Shape and fell healthy physically and mentally.
So we don’t have one procedure to all and sundry. We have a different workout for every Individual. a small Boy will require some aerobic and fun loving activities and a old one will require some yoga and PT like Schedules and Young Turk will be Interested In Heavy Exhaustive Workout. So everyone should have his own share of pie.

This is our basic thinking and strategy.
1. So when we welcome anyone we according to his outside world schedule we welcome him in Morning, Afternoon and Evening to meet his other main stream Activities.
2. We ask the Individual why he intends to join. What is his Motto behind joining the Gym.
3. After talking his age/Height/Weight we draw a program for him. There is no fixed program in Start we initially design a program for every one separately. We write a program for everyone differently.
4. Then we admit him.
5. After 3 days we make Workout Card for him. Before Card we check his Height/Weight/Stress/Fat. We fill his medical history form.
5. We make a Workout card Individually Separate for each one depending upon Height, Weight and his requirement and if any Injury or weakness.
6. We also Counsel him Diet depending upon his requirement and Physical and physic Conditions.
7. Height, Weight, Fat% fitness test is done every month and that report and progress we share with the Individual. Gym owner.
8. Fitness test is nothing but
